Module 1: Basic Tool Kit Workshops
What goes on during BLP™ Basic Tool Kit workshops?
Educational, experiential workshops are conducted by BLP™ Certified Group Facilitators. They include reflection, writing and interaction with the Facilitator and other group participants.
Module 2: Personal Development University™
What goes on during BLP™ Personal Development University™ seminars?
Four-week seminars focus on one facet of the BLP™ curriculum taught by experts in that area of study.
Twelve-week seminars expand the content of single focus seminars and/or integrate the content of one or more facets of the curriculum.
Module 3: Individual Consultation
BLP™ offers two kinds of Individual Consultations: Experiential and Informational.
What is an Experiential Consultation?
An Experiential Consultation is a one-on-one meeting in which a sensitive, responsive, BLP™ Certified Mentor provides reflective, supportive guidance and helpful feedback that encourages mentees to clarify and dedicate themselves to the important Projects in their lives and persevere with them.
What is an Informational Consultation?
An Informational Consultation is a one-on-one meeting in which an expert consultant who is highly educated and/or experienced in a certain field provides information to students who want to expand their knowledge in a particular area of interest.
What is the difference between an Experiential and an Informational Consultation?
In a Mentorship Consultation the mentee is assisted in processing and applying the BLP™ concepts and methodology to their life.
An Expert Consultation is primarily content, or information oriented. Experts generally do not help students apply the knowledge they glean to their lives. A student can turn to a mentor for this kind of help.
